About Nicole

For many years I’ve been addicted to digital photography. Just ask anyone who’s spent any amount of time with me – they get a little tired of it I think! I always have a camera in front of my face and have been known to stop the fun just to get a photo of it. My addiction took off in ways unforeseen when I became a mother in 2006. I invested in equipment and training simply because I loved it, and still take classes and work with other photographers regularly, and have started mentoring newbie photographers as well. 

When I was offered my first paid photography gig (a wedding – yikes!) I was hooked. Though I have now chosen to limit myself to family and child/teen/senior sessions, I do as many session as I can within the constraints of my life and full-time career, and I love and learn something new from every single one. 
 
I am proud to be a member of Wedding and Portrait Photographers International (WPPI) and a certified volunteer photographer with Now I Lay Me Down to Sleep providing professional photography free of charge to families dealing with early infant loss.

Still a hobby, always a love…I am pleased to bring you on location, natural light photography that captures your love, your story, your essence, your life.
